Misha Larivere believes in the Korezone philosophy of establishing strong relationships with clients, pushing them outside of their comfort zones while supporting them through personal transitions.
She loves sharing her passion for athletics, health and wellness with her clients. Misha received her Bachelor of Physical Education in 2011, with a concentration in sport performance, and completed her professional practicum as the fitness trainer for the Pandas soccer team in the 2010/11 season.
With a strong commitment to her clients and their goals, Misha develops specific and challenging programs in order to get the best results -- from strength and muscle building to weight loss. Misha always focuses on proper alignment for each exercise to ensure clients are completing the most safe, effective and results-driven workout possible. She believes that the benefits of your training should transfer over into every day life to help you feel better and stronger throughout the program.
Misha grew up being a part of team sports and playing individual sports. She knows the hard work involved in learning about yourself and pushing personal limits in training. She will make sure you sweat, but also smile and laugh through the journey.
Andrea is very excited to be a part of the Korezone team! This truly caring and focused atmosphere is exactly the type of environment that Andrea excels in as a health & fitness professional.
Andrea is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer following her successful completion of the Nait Diploma program. She is also dedicated to corrective exercise, which helps anyone to establish proper movement and reduce chronic pain. Fitness has not always been an integral part of Andrea’s life. She grew up in a sedentary family and did not discover the joys of physical activity until adulthood. So she has experienced first-hand the personal transformation that accompanies the benefits of exercise and what an amazing effect it has on our physical and emotional well-being.
Andrea is very focused on her clients’ individual needs during each training session, always keeping their long-term aspirations in mind. This allows her to develop and modify each program accordingly. Andrea’s aim is to help her clients surpass their own barriers and achieve their goals, so that they too experience how incredible that feels!
Balance. Strength. Well-being. These are words that resonate for Korezone co-owner Cíara Moynihan. Underpinning her fitness philosophy is the joy of sharing knowledge and an ability to enable and encourage others on their own personal journeys to health.
In this welcoming atmosphere, Cíara is trained to tailor exercise programs designed to meet specific individual needs. Be it weight-loss, muscle building, injury strengthening, elite athletic training or achieving advancing overall fitness goals, Cíara objectives are always client-oriented and obtainable. She takes great care to instruct with an eye to form and movement, correcting muscle imbalances and posture so results are reflected both inside and outside the gym.
Cíara's passion and enthusiasm for fitness and physical education are infectious. She's the personal trainer always on your team. Expect results.
Angela specializes in creating an effective, results-focused workout regime for each of her clients, based on their needs and goals. She has trained clients from all walks of life and fitness backgrounds. Having had three babies herself, Angela has a special interest and passion for pre and postnatal clients. She has also had great success in helping people address osteopenia/osteoporosis, heart conditions, recover from hip replacements/joint reconstruction/stroke, and, of course, fat loss goals.
One of the reasons for Angela's great success is her enthusiastic spirit and strong commitment. She considers every client as a member of the Korezone family and takes a personal responsibility in the happiness, satisfaction and success of each and every client.
